Kindly please explain to me the results in a more simple ways that I could understand! I have a gall stone measuring 1.8 cm. seen w/ in! Thanks and God bless!
Ultrasound findings may suggests fatty changes in liver with diffuse parenchymal disease. You may need clinical correlation and further investigations. You may need routine hemogram, random blood sugar, liver function test, lipid profile, urine RE/ME. Viral markers, elastography and liver biopsy can be done after evaluation.
Ultrasound findings also suggest large gall bladder calculus. You should plan for definitive treatment of gall bladder calculus.Definitive treatment of gall bladder calculus is Cholecystectomy(surgical removal of gall bladder). Gall bladder calculus are prone to obstruction and infection.
Findings also suggests mildly dilated calyx in both kidneys. It may be due to many causes like over distended urinary bladder etc.You may need follow up ultrasound.
